My kingfisher feather inlay project utilizes dlgital media technology to reinterpret traditional crafts and give them a new contemporary meaning. I used Blender modeling technology to create a virtual headdress that blends traditional and modern aesthetics, and implemented AR interactive functions through p5.js and Unity, allowing the audience to enjoy the digital display through their devices. From the detailed textures to the overall structure, the audience can feel the unique charm of the kingfisher feather inlay art in an immersive way. The project not only aims to avoid ecological damage, but also hopes to pass on traditional culture through in- novative forms, attract young people's attentlon, glve new life to anclent crafts, and realize cultural continulty and development.
